Onboarding is a crucial element for games. When conducting onboarding, you cannot subject users to lengthy texts or videos. The goal of users when playing a game is to have fun, and if you introduce them to complex and tiresome steps, you can easily lose them. New game mechanics should be presented to users in a flowing manner, meaning you can't introduce everything all at once.
Royal Match takes a successful approach in this regard. Initially, it refrains from interrupting the user's gaming experience with excessive tutorial sequences. Keeping this brief is logical.
I've examined the tutorial flow for the first 9 levels below.
Loading Screen Tip
The illustrations on the loading screen also serve as a kind of tutorial. This is not something that tires the user. The game progression continues even if they don't make these power-ups, but when they apply them over time, they will gain an advantage.

Level -1
Explaining Box Obstacle
The matching mechanic is not explained through text at all. Only in the first level, while explaining the "BOX obstacle", a simple hand animation demonstrates how to make a match.

Explaining Task List
As soon as Level 1 is completed, it opens the task list for us and shows what the stars we've earned will be used for.

Level -4

Level -7
With the completion of Level 7, the Royal Hammer was unlocked. There is a tutorial available in the next level that explains how to use it.
